Claudia Rae Skin Parlor is more than understanding of situations that may arise that conflict
with your scheduled appointment & are always taken into consideration when done so in a
timely manner.
To Cancel your appointment you must do so 48-72 hours in advance.
Cancellations that occur during the 24 hour window of your appointment will be charged a
fee of 50% of the scheduled services) & must be paid before rescheduling.
Cancellations that occur 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, must pay 25% of the
scheduled service(s) & will need to be paid before your next appointment.
Clients that NO-SHOW (fail to show up to their scheduled appointment) is not tolerated and
will be charged a no-show fee, which is 50% of original cost of scheduled service (s) &
banned from booking.
Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more are not tolerated and will be considered a NO-SHOW and
charged 50% of scheduled service(s). Services will not be performed or shortened if late to your
appointment. If Claudia's schedule allows time to provide your service on that day, & Claudia is able
to accommodate- you can receive the service, but will be charged a Late Arrival fee of $20.
Claudia Rae Skin Parlor prides itself on high-quality service, which includes on-time appointments and providing efficient, one-on-one sessions, and thorough sanitization after EVERY client leaves the room. Timing is everything, your late arrival cannot infringe on someone else's booked time or your
providers time set for sanitation or personal break time.
